Directions on how to choose your bus

  1. You need to have paid off your Grad Nite Ticket or Senior Packet with ASB.
  2. You will receive a Field Trip Permission Form sometime in early April that you will need to have completed (with insurance and parent signature).
  3. On, or after April 20th, return Permission Form to Ms. Fitzgerald in Room 408
  4. Ms. Fitzgerald will verify that you have paid the Grad Nite, or Senior Packet, in full (via spreadsheet from ASB)
  5. Ms. Fitzgerald will then hand you a Token Form (seen below).  This form contains the web address and ONE TIME USE ONLY code.
  6. Log into the website www.pshsseniors.com/signup after 12:01 am on Saturday, May 1, use the token code, and fill in the information and choose your bus. (Bus Names may change)
